Purchased the Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator Model # GWE23GENDS on 6/22/20. Finally delivered to my home on 8/6/20. On 8/14/20 came home from work only to find my freezer had quit working and lost all food that was frozen and the temperature on the refrigerator part rose to 60 degrees. (keep in mind I only had item for 8 days !!) Immediately called the 800 (GECARES) phone number 1-800-432-2737 and was told it would be 48 hours before someone would call me back.....2 days later, NO PHONE CALL....Called again and was told I would have an "URGENT" ticked issued and they would call me immediately. As of today (8/19/20) I have NOT heard from anyone at GE.

C'mon GE...customer service grade is "F".....I want this fixed or a new refrigerator !!!

(keeping in mind only having this refrigerator for 8 DAYS!!!) Immediately called the 800 number (GECARES) 1-800-432-2737 and was told that someone would contact us in 48 hours....2 days past with no phone call. Called again and was told they would put "URGENT" on the ticket and someone would call immediately....As of today 8-19-20, I STILL have NOT heard from anyone from GE. I have not had a working refrigertor now for 6 days....what food I had left and all condiments are now sitting in a cooler in my kitchen.. Needless to say, NOT A HAPPY PERSON RIGHT NOW.

PLEASE GE !!! I want someone to come and fix this or I want a new refrigerator ASAP !
