We purchased the Refrigerator/Freezer almost 7 years ago. However due to delays in construction of our home we did not actually take delivery until November 2014. We paid lots of money for this appliance. We have had nothing but trouble with its performance for 6 years. We can obtain the service records if you so desire to see them but believe me, for the money paid for this appliance we should not have needed 4 service calls in years. We are waiting on a service technician now.

We are not complaining about the distributor from whom we purchased the appliance. Nor are we complaining about the service technician as they respond promptly to our service requests. We are just totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the Quality and Performance of the GE appliance purchased.

We will NEVER EVER purchase another GE appliance or product of any type and we will relay our displeasure to our friends and acquaintances.
