knowHigh bills due to water heater going out and now our air conditioner unit is out. I have got a $150 deposit added to my bill due to the fact I had to request a payment arrangement I also paid a $150 deposit back in February. I'm not understanding how y'all can tack on an extra $150 cause I asked for payment arrangement. If I had known that I would have never got a arrangement. Slam rediculous. I spoke to someone at Georgia Power and she said it's in the fine print. Yall should really tell people about this. I don't know how I'm going to pay all this.
