Happy Meal Toys out of order.

Dear Sir, I need to voice out this because this is not the first time I get those "old toys". I am MCD regular customer and many times I been received those"Old toys" from your front desk. They always tell me the current toys are out of stock and not sure whether it can be change.

I am felt very disappointment of this as it been many times it happens to me and wrist things is my kids felt so disappointed.i hope your can look into this matter seriously. Thank you.

Hi, I would like to make a complaint. This is about your counter staff who was keyin order. During ordering the meal, i asked the counter staff for me fried chicken set. But she is giving me mcChicken burger. Also she serving me cold fries that you called them as waste.

I think you should train your staff to serve customers with smile & proper way. The counter staffs not greet us nicely & never give her smile.

We are very unhappy & disappointed with the service and hoping for McDonald’s to take any action.
