Stole my money

I made a resarvation and when I tried to cancel they charged me in full. When I called and asked, they didn't really have a reason why, so I figured I would just take the resarvation since I had already been charged for the room! But they said that if I wanted them to make another reservation they'd have to charge me again. This website is a scam and now I'm out 200$
