Getaroom.com. I reserved a room and their site said- free cancellation. I cancelled the reservation 14 days prior to the date of arrival. They said they would not refund the money. After contacting American Express they were only to get half of the money refunded. I was charged a cancellation penalty and a partial usage of land and air package. It said free cancellation. GETAROOM.COM IS A SCAM. NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN.
