Dear Sir,

We have a Flat in Ramky One Galaxia, Nallagandla, Serilingampally, Hyderabad. PTIN of the property is 1209955719. Along with application for assessment and issuing PTIN, we paid online Self Assessment Tax of Rs. 5785.34 on 22.03.2021 vide Transaction Id: R720000228522522121045219. Demand in April'2021 from GHMC for Rs.12784/- is without adjusting the said amount of Rs. 5785.34 paid by us and further they are adding interest thereon.

My complaint vide 1904211281827 to the grievance cell, my visits to GHMC, my whatsapp complaints dated 13.05.2021 and 24.05.2021 to Computer Operator Sri Mallikarjun (mob No. 91006 08538), Inspector Harikanth Reddy (Mob No. 90306 97570) and to Deputy Commissioner, GHMC (Mob No. 96182 49933) and also my personal visits did not yield any result. Presently the demand increased to Rs.13232/- with interest.

We do not find the reasons for not adjusting the amount and feel it an insult to run after them for adjustment of the amount paid. We would, therefore, request you to please take up the matter with concerned officials of GHMC and resolve the same.
