I was referred to Keisha Ivery by a associate and at first her communication was good. She sent me a paypal invoice I paid it and she said the hair would arrive in 1 week. Not so, the hair arrived two additional weeks later so a total of 3 weeks has gone by.

The whole time she was telling me that the delay was due to the closure piece I ordered. My response is then why say 1 week, but no big deal I get it. When the hair finally arrived the closure was unusable the scalp was dyed purple..my scalp is not purple so I couldnt use it.

Not only that one of the two bundles were already damaged and full of grey hair. I called her and she agreed that if I sent the entire order back she would send me new hair. I sent the hair back overnight on my own dime.

She rec'd the hair and said that mine was being shipped out that same week. I said I had an event coming up and if she didnt think it would be here in time to please let me know. SHe promised it would be there WAY before my event...it wasnt.

the next week she provides me with a USPS tracking number that is invalid, days go by and I ask why isnt this working and where is the package if it was SENT already?

She finally responds saying that her assistant (whom she is going to fire) sent it to another customer..LIE, the tracking number would still have worked and just shown me where the packalge had been delivered too.

Now another week has passed (going on two months) still no tracking number, no hair

She defiriends me on Face Book and will not answer my calls. We are talking 302.00 so I refuse to take this lying down

I submit a claim thru PayPal and demand a refund....two days later the hair arrives. I havent even opened the package yet but when I do..and it's not quality. ..I'll be back to share the legal action and outcome that I will have taken.

Bottomline, I will never use her services again and will tell, yelp, report, ect.. the experience I had as many times as needed so that others dont have to suffer.
