I ordered a ring on his November 2019. I heard absolutely nothing from the company. I emailed and heard back a few days later in spite of their online promise of writing back withinb24 hours. The email I got back didn't answer my questions so I cancelled my order. That got a response but by then I didn't want a gift certificate, I wanted a refund. I said so, and heard nothing back. The ring I cancelled in early January showed up 2/13/20. I sent it back and I guess I'll have to argue with them a few more times before I get my money back.

This company took my money and my order for a necklace I ordered for my daughters 40th birthday. The order did not arrive on time. I cancelled my order then the promises started and offers of discount. I believe I wouldn't have got my money back if I hadn't paid with PayPal who I had opened a dispute with. They claim they are an Irish company but they are based in the USA. I was very upset because I had took a long time choosing what I felt was the perfect gift for my daughters birthday. At this stage it was too late to organise a bespoke piece with another company.
