My story is the same as everyone that posted here. Ordered a ring in April. Received confirmation a few days later that it was ready for shipping. A few days after that I received an 'URGENT' email saying they needed my ring size, order number and shipping address. I thought this was strange so replied with the ring size knowing they had all my information on file. I have been emailing back and for with them for the past six weeks. Last week I advised that I was contacting my credit card company and having them investigated for fraud. 'Maria' replied back that my ring had been 'posted' that day and that they were an 'honest' company!
Well, a week later and still no ring. No tracking number. Nothing.
My credit card company has opened up a dispute and I will be credited back my money.
I urge everyone that has been scammed by this unscrupulous company to contact their credit card company or bank to have the charges disputed.
I only wish I had seen this Complaint Board before. I never would have ordered from them. .
