Partial Refund for returned items

Paid £80.94 on 28th November 2019 for two rings. Realised recently that they had overcharged me initially, my invoice said £78.25 for these items plus free shipping but they took £80.94 from my bank on the 28th November 2019, have evidence in the form of bank statements. Never received shipping notification. Chased on 6th December 2019, was told items should arrive by 11th December 2019. Never did. Emailed again, requested proof of shipping. Never received. Emailed again and finally received reply stating items had been shipped now via FedEx after the first parcel had gone missing. Emailed back and requested tracking number for re-sent parcel. Never given. Delivery by FedEx attempted twice, both times no one available to sign for order. By this point I had decided to buy items from H. Samuals and requested for order to be cancelled and requested with FedEx for parcel to be returned to sender. Emailed Glencara to confirm details, this was on the 18th December 2019. Heard no response from Glencara. Then on 24th December 2019, delivery was attempted again but for a new parcel, no idea this was being sent. Requested again with FedEx for parcel to be returned to sender. Now had to return two parcels, both I had not received notification or tracking information from Glencara. Realised 2nd parcel was shipped on 23rd December 2019, after I had emailed them to notify them I was cancelling the order. Felt they were trying to force order onto me now that I wanted to cancel. First re-sent parcel was returned and signed for on 2nd January 2020 and the second parcel shipped to me on 23rd December 2019 was returned and signed for on 11th January 2020. After the first parcel had been returned, I sent an email confirming to Glencara that I wanted to cancel order and get a full refund. They agreed in writing that a full refund had been actioned and it would take 3 days to arrive in my bank. On 6th January 2020, I saw that they had only refunded me £74.94 out of the £80.94 taken on the 28th November 2019. I emailed them promptly to complain and request the remaining amount to be returned. I have heard nothing since then. I have emailed them a formal complaint on 7th January 2020 requesting acknowledgement and refund of the remaining £6, emailed them a second formal complaint after receiving no acknowledgement on the first complaint on 13th January 2020. They are ignoring me and have illegally retained £6 of my money for goods which I never had and were returned to them with evidence.
