These people take 5 dollars off the top for every 25 dollars deposited on their pre paid accounts, then charge huge connection fees and per minute charge for calls. It is a horrible rip off of familys of inmates. We never stop being punished by these scam artist and have no other alternatives as they are set up with the state prison systems as providers, so if we want to talk to our loved ones we have to use them. It is a huge scam.
