Globe Loyalty Department contacted us and offered to migrate our bayantel account to Globe which we agreed upon. They scheduled the installation on October 17 1pm onwards but no one came. I made a call to CS hotline and made a follow up at 5:45pm. 630PM on October 17 one of the crew of the installing team called me and told me that they are still in another address installing globe facility and won't be able to proceed with the installation for our address due to the time and told me "IN CASE SOMEONE FROM GLOBE CALLS ME TO TELL THEM THAT I WAS NOT AVAILABLE" Imagine they will ask me to lie. They promised to come back the next day. October 18, no one came again and when I called the hotline once again, they read to me the response of the installing team stating that my phone is just ringing. Another lie because I never received a phone call.

October 19, two technicians arrived and surveyed my location and told me that they will not be able to proceed with the installation because I need to ready first the wiring from inside the house. They left me with fiber optic wire and told me that they will go back the next day. Someone from Globe even called me and assured me that they have scheduled the installation Oct 20 morning. No one came again on October 20. October 21, that is today, I made several follow ups and asked for a callback but never received one and as of this writing no technician came.

I cannot leave the house because of this since Oct 17/ I have tutorial sessions that I haven't attended to since Tuesday and my husband needs to file a leave last Friday so he can wait for the Technicians.
