Did not cancel my account
I am having a hard time with cancelling my plan with globe. I had requested my cancellation of my plan with them around the middle of this year. They took my router so I no longer had access to the internet. They told me that the line was cancelled and that I did not need to call in any further. As of now, 6 months later and they have charged me for multiple months of internet that I have not used and have forwarded my account to collection agencies. I would like to make a complaint regarding this.
