Extremely rude customer service rep

I called Globe Telecom to ask why they have not picked up the modem from my home, as well as inquire about my last bill. I called on Dec 31, 2019 to cancel their services and the customer service rep said they will have someone pick up the modem within 7days of the call. It is now January 15, 2020. The woman I spoke to today was extremely rude and also made a disparaging remark about me, saying to someone, perhaps a colleague, that I was speaking in english when I should be talking in Tagalog. She may not have anticipated that I can understand her. I asked her to repeat herself and she hung up on me. This is unacceptable. This person should not be working in customer service and should not be the front line to a major company.
