I don't know what's happening with this app frequently I'm facing recording issues. I hv approached them but simply I'm getting a response that they r trying to fix the issue but since 15 days no result at all. I hv earnestly requested them to solve this problem forever but no use. If one listens to this record surely can understand what's the worth of this app simply waste of money n time. They should b made responsible for this it's a huge problem

My daughter did a free trial and cancelled two days prior. She put a gift card on PayPal which she didn’t have anything on it thank god. I see they tried 7 times to put a charge through. To top it off froze her ability to use any other apps. They won’t respond via email and when I tried on Facebook told me to go though contact form, which I did four times with no response. My daughter is upset as she can’t do anything anymore. Do not fall for this free trial thing

I think there is some technical problem with my Smule app because my followers are gradually getting reduced from my follower's list without there will, get the followers back to my followers list so please kindly help me in this problem as soon as possible
