I have been calling about my surveyed since Oct.23rd and spoke with five different people in customer service and got no results but a run around!! I was told to send proof of purchase which I did twice and then I was told the matter was being resolved by sending another air fryer! I never received it so I called again today, Nov 15th and they said I was told to send the air fryer back at my expense! I never heard from anyone,that is why I kept calling! Please help me, I am 72 years old and I need my air fryer!
