ORDER ON BACK ORDER
I placed an order for the 9.5inch GOTHAM STEEL PAN, buy one get one free. This order was placed on 4/1, I have checked it numerous times via their website, it says TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK. I contacted Customer Service on 4/28, was told it would be out by the end of next week, which is today, so I checked again, called again, on hold for 30 minutes, when the Customer Rep came to the phone took the informatioin about my order, she responded it is still on back order, told her what I was told, she said SORRY but we don't have any idea when this will be here. They don't communicate with customers on issues like this, which they should even under the issue with the VIRUS going around, so she said just keep checking and SORRY again. I told her they need to let anyone wanting this pan that it is on back order and that they need to stop running the ad for it on TV. I told her I would just wait and be surprised if and when this showed up and if my account has been charged I will DEMAND a refund. Anyone ordering from them needs to think twice about it.

rivet on inside of 5.5 egg pan blew off
While cooking with the 5.5 egg pan one of the rivets on the inside of the pan blew off with the force of a firecracker or even a small caliber hand gun. It could have easily taken out an eye! Never thought a stove top pan could be a weapon.
To make matters worse when contacting your customer service department to report this very serious issue I was instructed to return the pan to you at my expense along with a check for $9.95 and you would replace it.
ARE YOU KIDDING!
Had I been injured you would be facing a law suit and you expect me to pay you to replace the pan and call that warranty!
While googling this issue I see I'm not the first to experience this!
Maybe you should be resolving this issue before it does some serious damage, if it hasn't already, rather then simply trying to sell me another pan!
As the saying goes, "Try to injure me with a rivet on a Gotham Steel pan once shame on you, try to injure me with a rivet on a Gotham Steel pan twice shame on me!"

Gotham Steel Bacon Bonanza
I gave may wife for Christmas the Bacon Bonanza, following the instructions we found that the bottom tray was completely discolored with the bacon fat and stuck to the tray also. The bacon strips which have to be put in standing on their sides, much to our surprise the bottom of the strips did not cook, my wife had to turn each strip so that the bottoms were now on top and continue cooking. This item was purchased at Bed, Bath and Beyond. It stinks, we were so very disappointed

Product not working as promised on t.v.
12 inch pan is junk 1 St time it was good after that it got worse and worse easily scratched never used metal on it just plastic. Used 8 times and everything sticks food is destroyed. Hard to clean have to soak in detergent and water. I threw out receipt can not take back. Never buy Gotham steel products they lie.

False Advertising
This product states advertising that is untrue. The consumer has no action to take for refund purposes. They should not be permitted to sell this product.

I still have not received my purchase which was placed on Oct 1. My credit card was charged. At the number I called above, I keep getting the run around. Gave me a phony tracking number and told my delivery would be Friday Nov 3. No delivery . Called again and told i would receive the tracking number via e-mail. No tracking number forwarded. I NEED HELP.

all pans stick badly
all pans stick food to pots and pans like beef sausages eggs in water still stuck to frying pan these products are very bad not like the adertisment on tv
