I visited the mamalatdar office for non creamy layer certificate of my friend, but jan seva kendra officer said that you are not eligible for non creamy layer certificate as our income from salary is about 15 lacs and applicant is son of class 2 officer , i show him a govt. GR for this but he dis agree with this and told that we will not issue a non creamy layer certificate although you apply please guide
