POOR SERVICE

I'm not happy with GVR/CF ONE. This is my first booking with you guys. I don't like that I was led to believe that I was being charged in $CAD but when the site took me to the page after entering credit card info, for the first time it read $USD. This is deceiving to the customer. Why isn't the price labeled with USD so that to avoid confusion? I think you saved me all of $5.
In addition, I have stayed in so many Days Inn hotels around Canada and there has always been a complementary breakfast. Not at the one I booked? And their elevator doesn't work either?! Can you not include this kind of information about each hotel on your site?
I called GVR customer service minutes after discovering these negatives, had to talk to 3 different agents. Finally, after being on the phone for almost an hour on a landlines (at my end) the agent hung up on me! What a waste of time to still have nothing resolved.
Please consider a refund. I would like to consider using you in the future and possibly benefit from the program. So far I'm quite disappointed in the service that I experienced yesterday.
