Fraudulent Practices

I was due to receive an airline certificate within 2-4 weeks well I never received it so I called and they kept saying it'll be mailed. Low and behold on May 05/2014 I called and they gave me a certificate number to go to a website and redeem a voucher then the voucher would be mailed...excited about doing so because my children and I were expecting to travel in June for their birthdays I get the certificate in the mail and it says it expired 04/30/2014 just four days before I even ordered it.

I called and they said it was nothing that they could do because they have no way of telling if it was mailed out because the vendor for air certificates was through a third party. They tried to snub me off with 10,000 points in which everything you try to book comes back unavailable and you can’t use the points anyway. So in addition to the airline tickets I lost out on, im stuck with 75,000 points that can’t be used and im due to losing them after 2yrs in which one has passed I have until 02/28/2015.

Please let me know if you find the contact information, as well as what state they are based out of because I intend on contacting FTC as well as the Atty General for that state because they are a very fraudulent company. $1400 for a membership that can’t be refunded. They just kept telling me there is nothing they can do about it because they have no clue if I ever received it, I could have threw it away by mistake and im like how would I 1) receive it if im first getting the airline certificate number to apply for it May 5th 2014, and 2) if its expired then how could it be used wouldn’t it say that the voucher was applied.

They also said they have no way of contacting the third party vendor to check the status of it. They then said well we don’t mail them we send you an email, I told her I never received that either, and I told her I had proof that I was told that it would be mailed to me. In which I do, the rep who signed me up stated clearly that it would be mailed in 2-4 weeks, then she places me on hold and asks me to forward that email as a way of her " helping to see what she could do" bull crap!!!!!! However, I forwarded it to her and then she places me on hold again..... She comes back on the line and says "oh back then (2012) they did mail them"...so which is it because you note everything on the acct so why wouldn’t you be able to tell me if and when it was mailed?????

The story changed every time I came back with the truth she came with an excuse.
