I was booked of gt injured at home went to hospital i was booked off, i was not in a condition to work as we work with car body and engen parts i am a femail n with my back hurt i wouldnt have been able to do my job i was the only lady carrying bonets ,break discs ect .. i stayed home didnt have money to go to doctor again because they only wanted a letter. No1 called me my manager sent me a msg saying i havnt been at work for 2 days i should contact him and he knew because i asked to go home on the day i had to be back at work. Than a few days later HR calls my Dad saying thy cant get hold of me no1 called or came to me only the sms from my manager. They asked me to come to the branch to have a talk after HR had told me i dont work there anymore for not being at work without calling. I went my manager said he doesnt know anything he wil contact me.. he called 5min later asking me to go back i never went back i was home already. I didnt hear from them til i found out today that The company resigned on my behaf .. as per Grandmark i resigned on the 25th n i never did any such. Not writen or vebal. . ? I asked HR she didnt answer me told me to do what i want and blocked me...
