I gave my friend the name of a Granicrete Contractor (Larry) as he had went over my countertop with the Granicrete product and it went fine (except for scratches and drips) My friend had Larry build the countertop and then lay the graincrete product over his built countertop. The product caused the wood he used to build the coutertop with to warp terribly. The sink she had (he used the template for it) does not fit in the hole correctly because of the warping and is not able to get a plumber to put the sink in as no one wants to be responsible for any damage to the countertop. She is stuck with it (Larry said it was a learning lesson for him) but would not re-do it or refund her money - she is now out the $5000 that she paid Larry for the Granicrete counters!! TERRIBLE SERVICE/PRODUCT I would never recommend Larry again or this product to anyone.

Next time I see you all at any Home Show I will make sure everyone around knows about the product and the service.

4/2014 We had 950 feet of our patio covered in this product. Granicrete! We spent $5,350 to have it done. Within a year, it started cracking and chipping off in certain places. Since then, I have been calling the business to have them come and fix it. I don't hear back and they don't show up. Each year it gets worse.

Horrible product. Cracked and lifted and had to be replaced twice. Now the company I used is out of business and no support from anyone associated with the product. Beware!!

Mark Winkleman (however he spells his name (shame)) is a joke and the Installer is a joke (Steve S) This stuff has peeled off you can't clean it and the CEO Mark and all of the people that take your money and install this crap should refund everyone's money and pay a professional to have it done with something different and done right. All this crap product is, is thin set, no granite what so ever. This is a misbranded product and the Mark should be 100% responsible.

Holy smokes! Where to begin? This has to be the worst company in the world! I had this crap installed by one of their distributors. Long story short...The entire process and finished result absolutely sucked! I got robbed, screwed, & lied to! After speaking with a guy named Mark out of Phoenix, who apparently is the president/ceo/owner I can understand why this company sucks so bad! The guy had a personality like a dirty pair of underwear and the common sense of a rock. After explaining the ordeal I went through with one of his minions, all he could say is that he is not responsible for anything his company claims. I believe that is called fraud Mark. What a Douchebag, A-hole! BUYER BEWARE! GRANICRETE IS A SCAM!

I have a concrete counter top that is fine except it is not completely. Like a fool I trusted he would fishing that last touches and he has not returned for 2 months. I have no idea what this file does or if it helps anything

I ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT TO HAVE MY KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS AND KITCHEN, HALL, LAUNDRYROOM AND BATH FLOORS DONE. THEY WERE TO START OCT 1 AND BE FINISHED OCT 10, IT IS NOW DEC 20 AND STILL NOT FINISHED, THEY WON'T RETURN MY CALLS I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE FINISHED IN OCT(THE FLOORS WERE WET SO I COULD NOT LOOK FOR MYSELF) I PAID THEM IN FULL, MY HUSBAND HAD PASSED AWAY ABOUT 2 WEEKS PRIOR AND THEY WERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. THE COUNTERTOPS FOR THE MOST PART LOOKED OK, BUT THE CENTER ISLAND NEEDED TO BE RESEALED, WHICH THEY DID COME AND DO IN EARLY DEC BUT IT IS NOT SMOOTH (ORANGE PEEL LOOK, DRIPS ON THE EDGE AND FEELS LIKE SAND AROUND THE SINK) I HAVE CALLED REPEATEDLY TO GET THIS FIXED BUT THEY DO NOT RETURN MY CALLS. THE FLOOR FINALLY WAS EXCEPTABLE AFTER THE 3RD TRY, BUT THE OVER SPRAYED COLOR ONTO MY CARPET(USED NO PROTECTION) SO THEY COVERED IT WITH TRANSISION PLATES. THEY ALSO DID NOT FINISH THE CORNERS SAYING THE QUATER ROUND WOULD COVER IT, I MADE THEM FIX IT.THEY HAVE LESS THAN AN HOURS WORTH OF WORK TO FINISH BUT WON'T COME DO IT. THIS IS A VERY POORLY RUN COMPANY, NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE BEEN IN MANY BUSINESSES FOR THE LAST 45 YEARS AND WOULD NEVER EXCEPT THIS KIND OF WORK FROM MY EMPLOYEES. THE CONTRACTOR I USED IS "GULF COAST SURFACES", ROBERT TURLEY, PENSACOLA, FL. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I took the granicrete class, very mediocre! I felt like the quality of the workshop I took at the headquarters was surprisingly subpar and felt like it should have been free. A huge waste of money to say the least! I used the product on several installations, the counter's came out ok, but the epoxy has a major flaw! The stuff scratches like butter, I honed and did all the things they told me to do in class. It's honestly a joke! I put my reputation on the line with some of my best clients and they were horribly disappointed! It has cost me so much to maintain my reputation with my clients. The only thing I can say about Granicrete! SCAM!
