Placed an order for granite stone fry pan and egg pan. Sunday May15. Cost $19.99. Order # 10350407. Want to cancel because of poor reviews. Tried calling Granite Stone, received message of nonworking number. Also the website and got 404 message. Thank you

I placed an order for a stone fry pan and egg pan. The order was placed. Sunday, May 15. Order # 10350407. I tried reaching Granite Stone by phone and received message of nonworking number, and their website and got a 404 message.
I want to cancel because of poor customer reviews.
