Bus delay our time for long hours

Our journey start time from 2030hrs,moving half way around 2130hrs bus driver suddenly stop one side at petrol station and fall down on the floor once he going down due to he not feeling well since he start driving.Another one driver continue driving and send him to the nearest hospital at Tanjung Malim klinik kesihatan.The whole process take time around 1 hours.After sending the driver to the hospital,another driver desire to bring us go to another station for switching bus.
We reach there around 2330hrs and wait until now time is 0130 still waiting...For the incharge person who are concerns,we total have 10 passenger inside the bus what should u do now??? Bus PNH9339.

Rude Driver

This is the 1st also the last to take this company bus in my future journey. The bus driver was so rude to answer my questions, and kept forcing me go up inside bus. I was followed by my parents who is old and cannot walk faster. I don’t really understand is that just a few minutes the driver unable to wait? Is that the so called “best value services” your company providing to ur customers? And most makes me uncomfortable is that how dare the driver said certain rudeness worlds at the back of me with his assistant. Very disappointed with the services of this Grassland, I am your customer not yours worker or animals! Bus plate no. PMR9933

Separate my family seat

Dear in charge person,

I would like to make a serious complain to the grassland coach ticketing staff located at Mambang Diawan bicycle shop.This is not the 1st time the staff did this such of things to us and she (auntie) forgot that we are the customer.At the first time I already bought 3 tickets going back Singapore from Mambang Diawan and I have requested 3 person seat at the same line and that auntie (staff) already arrange for me as my requested. Eventually,when we check in for ticket that auntie (staff) told me that already shuffling my family seat,me,my wife and my 4 years old kid seat in separate way.I ask her why separate our seat and she answer me that same line seat leave for another family coz they got kids.What do u feel when u hear this kind of words?My family also got a 4 years kids how come grassland staff can change people seat to others people?
Today I write this complain email is my second time encounter this kind of issue again.I tell the same staff I want 3 person in the same row but she (auntie) tell me that all seat are full.She give us 2A,5B & 5C seats.After check in and have our own seat we have realize that in front and middle still have a lot of empty seat even in the same row .She arrangement was very poor until I write this email to complain her. I am so disappointed with the things she have did to us.Hopefully grassland in charge person will take action these cases and won't let my family disappointed with grassland service Thanks you!
