Unauthorized Debit/Charge

On 2/6/2013 an unauthorized and unsolicited charge of $28.28 was made to my debit card at Carrollton Bank of MD. The transaction number shown is # 435178 . I have never purchased any products from GRC ProActive Solutions, nor do I plan too. I want the charge removed from my account and the money credited back to my account.
