I was over charged by Great American Readers and im trying to cancel my order with no success a fee of 49.90 was taken and another fee was taken for 39.90 I would like to cancel my order and get a full refund thank you

Receiving magazines I didn't order n just restored my credit

I signed up with great american readers and they said i would start receiving magazines after my first payment went through and that was a lie and they also promised me 250 dollars in gift cards which was false. I still have not even received any magazines. Then they said my payment would be every three months and it has not even been 3 months and they are saying i owe them 55 dollars for this month. I ask the lady if i could cancel the subscription and she told me it was to late. I let her know that I was on a fixed income and i was unable to afford it and she told me oh well you will still be billed.
