I had spoke with a representative today about 10 minutes ago my order number is 1133986 the gentleman that I spoke with and the lady that I spoke with was very rude to me very ignorant yelling at me I have a little girl with autism I misunderstood the conversation on the phone I only thought I was going to get charged 999 on June 1st and then I thought I was going to get billed 4990 that is up until my husband walked out on me and my daughter so I did not understand it was 999 not 4990 I have a child with disabilities my funding is very tight and I need my phone's back on my card I do not want to speak to anybody from your department because I get treated very poorly I will be filing a complaint against this man further because I don't believe that anybody should be treated that way he threw me into a big anxiety attack not to mention due to this man's aggressive behavior I had a panic attack
