I disagree with all of the complaints, I have been going for years and had one bad hair cut the stylist name was Jessica and she could have cared less what she was doing. My hair was so uneven everywhere! Then she thinks she expects a tip! Try again, you weren't worth a penny! Thanks to the managers and a very caring stylist the corrected all of her mistakes and didn't even charge me a thing. Now was well worth a tip and that is why I continue to go back! Thank you Carmen for caring, you are the best. Everyone has to work, if you don't like what you are doing then quit and let someone else who needs a job work. Sounds like a bunch of cry babies if you ask me! Get over yourselves! Great Clips, you people are awesome and I wills come in to get my hair cut!
