My money was stolen

I purchased a GreenDot MoneyPak card from Walgreens in Ypsilanti Michigan. I had the cashier put $429 on the MoneyPak card. The MoneyPak card instructions on the back said to go to the website to put the money onto my reloadable GreenDot card. I used to always use my H&R Block Emerald card it had been a while since I used it and I was not aware that I could no longer put money using GreenDot MoneyPak on my H&R Block Emerald card even though H&R Block Emerald card website says you can. So I followed all the steps on the Moneypak website and registered a username and password and went through all the steps and when I went to load the money it said I cannot use my reloadable card it does not accept MoneyPak. So I return to Walgreens and they told me to contact GreenDot. After trying very hard to get ahold of someone through the customer service I finally got ahold of a man who took all my information and assured me that my money will go on to my card within an hour. The money never went on to my card . So I tried to get ahold of customer service again and was unsuccessful after many many tries so I visited the website and filed a complaint and they sent me an email from GDnotifications that said they would check to see if there were funds on the card then they emailed me back 2 days later and told me there was no money on the card. I have checked to make sure the number I called was indeed a Greendot customer service number and it was. So I called the number again and finally got ahold of a lady who said she would check and I gave her the number and she said there were indeed no funds on the card and that I should make a police report. So I contacted the local Van Buren Township Police Department and they came over and I filed a police report. Don't know what to do now just going to keep trying to get my money back. I live check to check with 3 kids and I was just trying to pay my bills because I do not have a checking account I use my reloadable card to pay my bills I've never had a problem before until now. I will not stop trying to get my money back I will be contacting Walgreens over and over I will be contacting GreenDot over and over I will never give up they can't just go around stealing people's money and getting away with it. When Walgreens sells MoneyPak cards they should stand behind the products that they sell instead of telling me I paid $5 for a piece of cardboard even though they put my $429 into their drawer. I never gave my card number to anyone but the people at Greendot customer service and I never put it anywhere online except for on the GreenDot MoneyPak site. GreenDot and Walgreens both are Crooks and should not be allowed to do business this way.
