had mortgage with greentree on a modular home. In feb 2014 i became disabled called them told them i, was filing for disability i made payments as often as i could was promised on several, occasions they would work with me and help with some extensions. i was told by maurice to call, on april 3rd he would have everything worked out. I called back,he was out spoke with someone else they told me there were no notes concerning this. I was threatened several, times by a black woman whose name i can't remember stating she enjoyed taking houses from white people. Greentree says i still,owe $1300.00 that has been turned turned over to a collection agency. I feel they owe me my title to my house and money for the stress and harassment I was forced to endure. Can you tell me what i nedd to do and who i need to call

This has been the worst customer experience that I have ever had. Their staff is rude, inept and unprofessional. I am looking at refinancing just so that I do not have to deal with them ever again. I will be speaking to my state and federal legislators and encouraging them to investigate this organization and their practices. Never voluntarily do business with this company.

I am working with senators and would like to engage in a conversation with all about these issues so I can forward these complaints to senators so that we can stop these illegal acts.

My house was paid off and next thing I no is there saying you still owe us $1700 from back in 2000 because were I filled bankruptcy in 2000 and they charged me some fee 14 years ago and there were never on my Statement and when try called me they spoke to me in a manner like I was a dog and when they put me on hold I over heard a man on the phone talking to another costumer luke he a was a dog and when she came back she get money from your parents go to a lone company get you son to get a loan or go get a welfare there needs to be something done about this

We worked for months to get a remodification with BOA, My husband had suffered a stroke and was on disability. I am a school employee and as we all know you do not get rich working for a school. Basically we are both on fixed incomes. When we signed the agreement with BOA the payment was the highest we could possibly afford. Which BOA figured out, not us. It was based on our taxes, mortgage and Home owners.

All of a sudden, Green Tree owns our mortgage with absolutely no warning at all. We instantly start getting several phone calls daily. They sent us a bill that had a slightly different (smaller) amount owed. I paid it and the woman that called me was so absolutely rude and very hard to understand. She also proceeded to call all of our neighbors, my sister and my parents letting them know we were late and how to reach me. She had already spoke with me and my husband! My father placed a complaint against her and his phone calls seemed to stop. Mine have not. My husband has repeatedly told them we cannot pay our mortgage until his disability check comes in which is the same day every month, even told them to look up our payment history. They did and said they would stop. Well they havent. Now they are saying we owe $200.00 more a month because there was a miscalculation of escrow. We do not have an extra $200.00 a month and we didn't do any miscalculations Bank of America or Green Tree made the mistake.
The last straw was this past Saturday, March 29, 2014. They repeatedly called my phone and my husbands. When he answered the woman on the other end was horrible she told him "Go Find some money, it doesn't matter how you get it, get it" When He said we can't and won't go find money she said "fine we are taking your house" This is absurd. We have made every single monthly payment for over a year and a half and because we didn't send them a Miscalculation fee they are going to take our house. My husband, nor I do not need any more stress. I am at a loss, I don't want to lose my home that is why we jumped through hoops with Bank of America. When my husband said we will get a lawyer, she laughed at him and said "go ahead, we have plenty of lawyers!" They know most of us are in not financially capable of hiring a lawyer and they continue to treat us like criminals or little children. It has to stop, can someone please help or give me some advice!

I have a 2nd mortgage -which has been "discharged" that's another story, they were supposed to be working with me, did this when my father was dying! Not behind on payments, but calling me at work, not returning calls-working on settlement, giving wrong numbers wrong info-just incompetent. Both my 1st&2nd mortgages were sold to green tree of course, there seems to no oversight or any recourse to deleting with them, guess my next step is an attorney.
