I purchased a greendot card loaded, no problem. The my husband sent me some money on my card, you put a block on my card. Did the steps to getting it un blocked, it said it would take two business days. I will be notified, I call the card today because today is the second business day. Now the card is closed an I can't get another card through that bank. I have money on this card an I need to get my money off. There is no number, the automated system does not help an does not put me through to a representative. This my first time using this card, once I resolve this matter I will never buy another.
