I have been waiting for a refund of $1500 from Jesus Ortiz. The refund was issued to me from his PayPal account on June 12th of 2019 and I originally sent it I believe 2nd or 3rd of June 2019. He has shown me proof of the refund from his PayPal account but I have not recieved it. It shows the refund being issued to an email address I am not sure why. My email address is [email protected] Phone number is 503 .I originally sent the money from this number 503 to jesus ortiz's paypal account $1500 was funded using my Visa intuit greendot card please issue my refund.i am frustrated and am looking into emailing my state legislators to get this resolved it's been long enough.
