Took my business taxes to H&R block in sevierville left my info with Deepa could not get in touch with them forever and finally got in touch with her she ask me to drive to Johnson city she was working in that office i told her no since that was 2 hrs away from me why could we not meet in the sevierville office where i dropped my info off at. It was close to the deadline to file i still never heard from H&R block i finally called the H&R customer service explained to them the problem and told them i wanted to pick my stuff up i would go else where finally got a date set some one would be in the office to give me my stuff but when i got there they only had 2 papers had lost the big envelope that i dropped off . I was contacted by the part owner Angela Bible who said i am sorry but Deepa said she gave them back to you and now i just get ignored no one is willing to come forth and clear up the issue I have called customer service serval times they open a case and when it gets sent to Angela Bible she closes it would be nice if some one with H&R Block would contact me and get this issue resolved
