Stuck and no movement

PARCEL STUCK AT KLIA HUB AND NO MOVEMENT SINCE LAST WEEK.

Dear sir/madam,please take note my parcel has been stuck since 25/4/20 and it has been a week.Please improve your job as we need the item urgently.We do understand during MCO might be a bit late,but u must improve because it has been a week and no further movement.I am really need my item to be deliver ASAP.
