Green tree Mortgage Company has stolen money out of my account it was a error on there part they draft my account which they was supposedly had stopped which was over a thousand dollar; I have spoken to over (5) rep, they requested information from my bank showing that it was taken out because they claim the way they computer system is setup they could not see but they had taken the money and divided it and put it in principle and add an extra mortgage showing I would not have to send another until January, when this account was canceled per Rep. she told me I would have to mail payment in and I did so they received total $2,727.42. I have never seen such poor representation of customer service this have been since the first of October and am still fighting to get my money back and they keep giving me the run around (sos) stuck on stupid.. In all the year I own my house when through 3 Mortgage Company never had a problem always pay my payment on time, I want to get an Attorney to sue them I am angry.
