I bought my tickets online for greyhound bus to travel across the states, I paid $460.00, to travel from Boise, ID to Detroit, MI due to an unfortunate and unexpected death of my 30 year old niece, to attend her funeral and tend to her 2 children ages 6 and 7.I also returned on the bus from Detroit, MI to Boise Idaho in great fear. When I first started my trip at the Boise station the clerk informed me that it wasn't safe to check your luggage on the bus and convinced me to carry it aboard with my backpack carry on and my purse and pillow to find out that my luggage didn't fit in the bin overhead, after hours and hours of traveling with my luggage under my feet, my legs up to my chest and no room I was not comfortable at all. In fear of what the attendant told me I kept all my luggage with me at all times. The drivers of all my buses were extremely rude, and treated us people his/hers customers like we were on our way to prison, no talking aloud, no perfume aloud, no cell phones aloud, no children near them aloud, Unbelievable behavior and unacceptable behavior for such Greyhound employees. Grey hound should be ashamed. I plan to go back east several times this year but without a full and complete refund of my monies or a voucher for free travel I will refuse to ever use this company again. As a 50 year old white woman traveling alone across country, the employees of Greyhound were my worst enemies. I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life.
