Groupon by far have THE WORST customer service I have EVER come across. They are fine as long as the groupon deal runs smoothly, however if you ever need a refund then this just won't happen, even if it was not your fault (In my case the company did not provide the goods I bought through Groupon...) They make endless promises and never honour them, I'm still waiting for my £20 refund over 3 months later... I'm really unhappy with my experience with Groupon and will NEVER use them again!!!

I totally disagree on that! I've had to contact their customer service twice and they got back to me so quickly and were extremely helpful and nice. N
