Inferior product

Purchased Gwm H5 2013Model which had 29000km.From day.one of driving vehicle encountered many issues on.vehicle.The 1st night noticed the headlights werent working.Gears were an.issue.Some strange noise coming from.engine.Notified dealer said to.bring car in.Changed lights but when told them.about gears not selecting well.was told to.idle car when.start up and should be fine. 3 months after purchased car went on.holiday with family and power steering pump gave up.Gwm service dept from.Umchlanga came to tow vehicle which they said we dont give courtesy vehicles anymore.We were stranded on.holiday.Got vehicle back and when.we got home not even a month later the waterpipe gave in.Took in.in at Rosettenville branch to.fix.Not long after that the turbo breeder pipe gave in.Then took it to Alberton branch to.be fixed.Then not ling after the other turbo pipe gave in.We have been having endless problems with this car.We then told them about from.day one having issues with gearbox which then.finally went in.now for gearbox to.be replaced.It has been in there for now almost a month which we were told after replacing gearbox now the clutch is gone.The service dept at Alberton and customer care of GWM now says that we have to now pay for the clutch because it is wear n tear on.vehicle and out of the 1year/20000 km warranty.When we drove the vehicle in.the clutch was working fine. Service dept at Alberton dont even.bother to.come back to.you until you phone and ask what is happening.I am a very unhappy client as we are normal working class people.You think you.buying a vehicle with low mileage and that it will be a good vehicle for the long run. We had more problems with this vehicle then.you can.imagine.I.just wish that we can.get proper feedback and that GWM and they team would treat us fairly as they do not know how hard we work jUst to.afford a reliable vehicle.Now we are sitting without vehicle for almost a month and most of my work has come to.a standstill,but i guess they dont care as i still have to make a plan to.pay for my.installments each and every month for the vehicle.They dont even.give you a courtesy car to help the client out.I really feel this vehicle is not even worth buying or any other vehicle from GWM because the after service is pathetic.
I really wish someone out there could help.us working class people and help.solve all the issues which we have with GWM.They quick to.sweet talk us to.purchase there vehicles just to.get a sale,but for me this product is not worth it.
