Good day

GWM Boksburg client service are very disappointing. ???!!!!

My car went in for a new ECU computer box, that they put in… (R9000.00 later)
Again … My car went in on 24/02 /2017 for showing the engine light and there were a shutter movement when driving. (I thought it were faulty injectors) . They fix it with the replacement of a " relay" (R400.00). On the other hand they told me the problem will be resolved if I service the car.. It was due for its 70000km service.. (on that stage it was standing on 68000km)
They didn’t check the injectors or anything else the first time it went in…
Still driving the car with the (engine light and shutter movement from 24/02/2017)
I serviced the car on 2/03/2017 by them.. (R1556.65 LATER ) “THEY SAID TO RESOLVED THE PROBLEM “
(I PHONE THEM EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR FEEDBACK.. BUT THEY DON’T COME BACK TO ME..)
3 DAYS LATER I TOOK THE CAR BACK WITH THE SAME FREAKEN PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME IT WENT IN FOR . (ENGINE LIGHT AND SHUTTER MOVEMENT) AFTER SERVICED THE CAR BY THEM…. AND A NEW PROBLEM LEAKING OIL!!!
Now they said it is the aircon/heater sensor… they “ order” the sensor , but HEADOFFICE DON’T HAVE STOCK!!! ( Why do you people don’t have stock at headoffice!!!!!!!)
Just for your attention: The manager ask me (Mev. Prinsloo ) who did last work on the car???
What the HELL??? (MISS PRINSLOO)
THEY (GWM BOKSBURG) WORK LAST ON THE FREAKEN CAR??!!!!!!! AND STILL BUSY .!!!!!!
MY CAR IS NOT FIXED YET!!@!!
UP UNTILL NOW (2017/03/13) still waiting for stock on sensor. ( that I don’t think is the problem) AND MY CAR STILL NOT FIXED.
I as a women go to work at 05h00 am in the morning , driving to Sandton . The car leave me aside the road at 05h00am in the morning.???? Still with the same problem.
My car needs to be fixed, and I get the idea they don’t care .
THERE SERVICES IS UP TO SHIT!!!!!
