i recently lost my GWM 2,4 hover keys. i called the nearest dealer , they informed me to tow the car to them, which i did , 8 days later they called me to come collect my car as they could not get it fixed. i paid over R2500 for a key that does not work. and they even had the audacity to remove the battery from the key. they even had the cheek to ask if i would buy another car from them. i had to pay another R1000 for a towing company to remove my car from their premises. after 8 days my car was dirtier than the day i took it to them ! , i took my car to a reputable locksmith , 38 min later my car was on the road again .How Is that for after sales service.
