have used h&r block for many years but starting in 2012 they did not file in 2013 they did not file in 2014 they did not file 2015 they amended our tax return said we were get alot back have not seen anything of our return,filed in 2016 we were getting back some more money so the local h&r block people say so it was filed on 5-31-2017 have not seen anything from any of this everytime we call they never return our call when we go by there it is the same thing over and over they say they have not heard anything how are we going to get our money if they are not doing there job can someone please help us out nobody wants to take control of this why do we pay all that money to have them done and can't get our money back
