They made a mistake on my City taxes and I purchased Peace of Mind. My taxes were done in Columbus Ohio at the Eastland Mall Franksway office by Patricia Mccall-Steele. She made a mistake. No one is perfect. But now they will not honor the Peace of Mind I purchased after they made the mistake AND just CLOSED MY CASE. Now I have all the fines accruing on what I owe from their mistake!!!! I pd my city taxes right after I got them done and I would've pd this $400 additional if I knew I owed it.

Trusted my taxes with Hr block. Offices. Needless to say they never got done and took a year till I went and demaned them back.excuses after excuses.my life was in ruins.told them I needed them asp.but they failed.then they tried to charge me thousands of dolars.they suck.they per me a year of my life what is it worth .thousands.in 10$ .as I say a crack head could have done better.I demand 10,000 dollars for punitive damages.
