I recently had my taxes done by H & R Block and I was surprised how high they are this year. I got a refund of $1272.00. I paid $365.00 for my taxes to be done and refunded to my bank. I bought the peace of mind and the tax Identity shield for an additional $55.00. All together, I'm out of a grand total of $420.70. My take home was $851.30 and this is totally Outrageous. I'm a retired soldier who served his country faithfully and to lose this amount of money when you get so little back is an insult. I didn't receive no two or three thousand dollars back. I got $1200.00 dollars and took home $850.00 because of your fees is $330.00 to prepare my taxes which is totally crazy. You guys should be ashamed of yourselfs for taken that kind of money from anyone who is living off of their entitlements. I'll take my chances at Jackson Hewitt next year or try to do them on my own. Because you clearly have showed you don't care about your Loyal Customers at ALL!
