This was my first time doing my taxes, due to going through a divorce and my ex always did them.
I had an appointment and was prepared to the best of my knowledge. I walked in with a neatly organized manila folder and she looked at it and said "That looks scary".

My tax consultant (Robin Childress) showed ZERO interested in the best outcome of my return. All she did was put the numbers in I gave her. She asked zero extra questions in hopes that maybe I forgot something and it could help the outcome of my return.

At the end of this stressful and overwhelming experience, she told me I owed $700 to Fed... and my fee was $350 to H & R Block.
I asked if I could pay the Fed with a credit Card.. due to going through a terrible divorce and I have no extra funds. She chuckled and said in all of the years she has been doing taxes, not one person has asked if they could pay with a credit card.

This was one of the worst experiences, I sat in my car after and cried.

Turbo Tax on a computer would of been more friendly and helpful for that matter!

I will NEVER go back... I wish I could get a refund....
