unproffessional employee

Tracy Hill was assigned to my tax filing, she sent a very rambling, confusing response and told me that I had received funds when I have not. I asked to be handed off to another tax "Professional"

Very poor customer service and now I have ZERO faith in H&R block to do my taxes correctly. as I have already paid, no what?
