ok i have had nothing but problems from these ppl conducting what is supposed to be a legitimate h&r tax preparers business now 1st off i have complaint after complaint after complaint with this privately owned h&r block who is conducting a business under ur good name and steadily screwing ppl over and it's our disabled poor ppl who are truly getting shafted. i would think a big business such as urself wouldn't be ok with some idiots who dk what the hell they're doing to continuously screw ur customers n ruin ur good name u have spent many yrs building but that's exactly what is going on n Warsaw mo. i had Debbie Cummings n the owner of the store Rebecca minks do my taxes well Debbie screwed EVERYTHING UP the very 1st day i had to go back n 3times cause she messed everything up so badly that she had my phone number as my old landlords number my return address was my old address she didn't send in all the paperwork then i receive letters from irs stating i wasn't getting anything back cause she failed to send in all the correct paperwork so i take in all the paperwork again n switch to owner of store Rebecca minks n watched her fax everything in ok so moving on it's been over 3 months since i filed n i paid them $135.00 to stick it to me basically they told me i had $1,867.00 coming back for the 3 yrs i filed for and irs is saying they don't have any money for me because they have absolutely nothing for 14 or 15 and for 16 they supposedly only owe me a dollar n they won't waste their time energy or stamps on cutting check for dollar. so basically I paid H&R Block $135 over three months ago to do nothing but screw me my cable has been shut off now my electricity is about to be shut off and I can't even get and I can even get these assholes in warsaw to contact me call me back or even try to make right on it now it's on you guys and your company your contract simply states that if you guys screwed up you guys fix it okay it would be nice if I could get somebody to fix this I need my money just like everybody else needs there's I think the public would be interested to know how H&R Block conducts business and treats they're disabled and income restricted customers if somebody from either your guyses in the corporate in the big guy or somebody from the H&R Block in Warsaw does not contact me today and get this straightened out I'm going to be contacting my local news they have a little deal called the problem solvers and I will put H&R Block out on blast for the whole world to see what you guys are really about which seems to be that you guys are only about taking money from the poor and screwing us over I know that if this problem is not resolved today I am going to make a big fuss and you guys are going to know who I am by my name I promise you that I have been more than patient I have been more than understanding but I'm done with all that because you guys don't even seem to care enough to contact me back or try to make right on it and I would also think that I would m check into people a little bit better before I let them use my company name because they are doing nothing but destroying and ruining the name you guys have spent so many years building my name is Angel Kirk my phone number is 417 288-3257 if I don't answer please leave me a message and a number and I will contact you back thank you and have a wonderful and blessed day
