for the 2nd year in na row the tax prepare has made a mistake with my tax refunds last year she inputted wrong account info this year she never completed return and i had to go back and have them redone. for 365 dollars i thought it was resolved but lo and behold after waiting patiently i never received my state refund i sent 7 emails to the tax prepare and she chose to not respohnd finally today i talked to a person who found out mthat the prepare took my state return and applied to ha and r blocks fee this is not right as my refund was not enough to cover this should be illegal and i told them i want a refund of fee they only offered a coupon this is outrageous
