I been doing my taxes with H R Block since I was 16 years old an I have never ever had this experience in all the years. They sat here an lied to me for three days straight telling me that they haven't received my tax refund yet. This was three days of bullshit lies from the representatives telling me that they had not received my refund yet. Only to find out today that they took the money towards my fees an my loan. I have never ever had such a flat out lie told to me ever. This to me is fraud on their part lying to me telling me that they had not received my money yet only to tell me that they took it. I will never do business with them again. This is not the way you treat a long time customer.
