paid over $300 and return not filed

I have paid h r block over $300.00 to get my taxes filed and it has not been done. My h r block taxr rofessionl has been unable to download my return on their site and has contacted blocks technical supprt but nothing has been done and she hs received no commucation from them and nor have I. Their site shows that my tax professiona is reviwing my returns but she has never seen them.I have searched for an email address to contact them to no avail. This company is a total waste of money and is a fraud.
